TAMPA, FL (June 24, 2025) — Building on the menu that earned its acclaim, Lilac, the Michelin-Starred Mediterranean restaurant at The Tampa EDITION, led by renowned Chef and Restaurateur John Fraser of JF Restaurants, is pleased to introduce even more ways to engage with its celebrated cuisine. Its newly expanded menu format features both its chef-curated tasting menu—an eight-course guided exploration of Lilac’s most refined expressions—and a new à la carte option, designed for guests who wish to create their own journey through the kitchen’s standout dishes. Whether discovering Lilac for the first time or returning to savor a favorite, this evolution invites every guest to experience the restaurant in a way that suits their appetite, curiosity, and occasion.
Lilac’s menu showcases Chef Fraser’s authentic interpretation of Mediterranean classics, reimagined through the lens of Tampa Bay’s local artisans and producers. A few new dishes include:
- Diver Scallop served with pine nut–preserved lemon risotto and rosemary embers
- Caramelle Cacio e Pepe with baby squashes and piquillo peppers
- Scamp Grouper a la plancha with Vesuvian tomato puttanesca and roasted eggplant caviar
Staying true to Chef Fraser’s ethos, vegetables remain a vibrant focal point of the a la carte menu, with seasonal harvests from the Tampa region celebrated throughout.
