Job Description
-Assist F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
-Supervise staff in both front-of-house and kitchen areas to maintain high performance and teamwork.
-Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle any complaints or issues.
-Plan and schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
-Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
-Ensure the restaurant maintains cleanliness, hygiene, and complies with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
-1-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a hotel restaurant or fine dining setting
-Strong leadership, interpersonal, and staff training skills to drive team performance
-Excellent English communication skills with a service-minded attitude and attention to guest
