Job Description
- Oversee market list, food stock management, and maintain cost control within the assigned budget.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with HACCP.
- Lead and supervise kitchen and stewarding operations, including staff scheduling and training.
- Maintain and coordinate proper care, cleanliness, and maintenance of all kitchen and stewarding equipment.
- Collaborate with Executive Chef, Engineering, and Accounting on inventory, maintenance, and purchasing matters.
- Enforce hotel standards for safety, sustainability, and employee discipline to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
-Strong leadership skill, able to support team with guidance
-Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
-Knowledge of inventory management and experience in hotel with busy banquet and F&B operations.
-Basic computer skills.
-Knowledge of with hygiene & HACCP standards.
-English speaking is a plus.
