Job Description

What you bring

As Reservations Manager, you'll be the architect of first impressions - leading a passionate team to deliver seamless booking experiences, maximise revenue, and ensure every guest's journey begins with confidence and care.

Lead the reservations team to deliver exceptional service and accurate bookings across all channels
Manage room inventory, rate strategies, and distribution systems to optimise occupancy and revenue
Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align strategies and drive performance
Monitor and respond to guest enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
Train and mentor team members to uphold Sofitel's luxury standards and Heartist service principles
Analyse booking trends, prepare reports, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting
Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and data privacy regulations

Qualifications

Strong understanding of revenue management, distribution systems, and booking platforms (Opera preferred)
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
