Job Description
Get ready to lead with holiday cheer! As a Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor for Pumpkin Fest and Christmas at the Princess, you'll help bring the magic of the season to life - one hot cocoa, pumpkin treat, and festive drink at a time. From managing themed Beverages to supporting a joyful team, you'll keep operations running smoothly while delivering unforgettable moments to guests in a lively, fast-paced holiday setting. If you thrive in high-energy environments and love spreading seasonal smiles, this is your moment to shine!
Reporting to the Resort Experience Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Supervise and coordinate F&B staff across themed stations, pop-ups, and bars.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, energy, and holiday spirit.
- Monitor inventory, restocking, and waste management throughout each shift.
- Ensure timely setup and breakdown of F&B outlets for daily operations.
- Enforce health and safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Assist with onboarding and training of seasonal F&B staff.
- Troubleshoot and respond to operational or guest issues
Qualifications
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays
- 1+ Years Supervisory Experience
- Must be fluent in Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, POS
- Demonstrated success in talent development/management
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a guest experience focused culture
