Experienced Hotel HR Administrator is urgently required for newly opened hotel in Dubai Academic City with minimum of 2 years of experience in UAE:
· Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, Salary Negotiations and Reference Checks.
· Closely working with Hotel Manager to achieve annual KPI, develop and execute recruitment plans.
· Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
· Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
· Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
· Maintains the recruitment database and talent pipeline
· Assist with the administration of any employment relations issues (references, contracts, job descriptions etc.),
· Ensures all relevant background checks, training certifications, education requirements has been checked and verified prior to employment.
· Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
· Ensure all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to and implements any legislation as required by UAE Law.
· Ensures that all recruits have a full complete file as per HR Audit guidelines,
· Updates the manning guide with 100% accuracy.
· Perform any other duties and assist all other team member task if needed.
