Dubai Golf Announces Roger Marti as Group Food and Beverage Manager
With a global track record in luxury dining, Marti will lead the strategic vision for F&B operations across Dubai Golf’s renowned venues.

23 July 2025, Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Dubai Golf is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Marti as its new Group Food & Beverage Manager, a strategic leadership role that will oversee culinary operations across the group’s flagship destinations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
As part of Dubai Golf’s continued commitment to enhancing its hospitality offering, Marti leads the F&B strategy for Emirates Golf Club, Jumeirah Golf Estates, as well as Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, Yas Links Abu Dhabi, and Yas Acres Golf & Country Club. His role encompasses the management of a diverse and growing portfolio of more than 16 restaurants plus banqueting venues, each renowned for delivering high-quality dining experiences in premium leisure settings.
Speaking on his new role, Roger Marti, Group Food & Beverage Manager of Dubai Golf, shared: “I’m excited to be joining Dubai Golf at such a pivotal time of growth and innovation. Marti brings over 17 years of global F&B experience to the role. Originally from Spain, he holds a Superior Degree in Gastronomy & Hospitality Management from the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Barcelona. His background includes both entrepreneurial ventures and key positions with international brands like Zuma and La Nina across Europe and the Middle East.
