1. General Skills

2. Responsibilities
a. Perform internal audits for Quality SOP
b. Investigates quality & Hygiene related Customer Complaints.
c. Achievement of quality goals and Compliance (SOP and Customer Complaints).
d. Develop, review, & update Standards to meet the required Dubai Municipality standards.
e. Maintain and Implement (when required) companies food safety policy and HACCP systems.
f. Identify current industry and regulatory standards and best practices.
g. Act as the liaison between Dubai Municipality Food Control Section and other government departments relevant to food safety
h. Assume overall responsibility for HACCP certificate status on quality assurance of the application and maintenance process of the qualification / certificate.
i. Conduct inspections and audits to identify improvement and to support management and team leaders to maintain compliance with expected food safety & hygiene standards.
j. Provide in-house training in food safety and hygiene where required.
k. Ensure that all food is handled, prepared, stored and transported within the set high standard
l. Manage HACCP quality assurance program of the Company
m. Conduct regular drills for employees and members to ensure everyone is familiar with emergency procedures.
n. Maintain and ensure the availability of necessary first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency signage throughout the premises.
o. Identify and collaborate with Operations and Training to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and increases quality levels
p. Maintain a system for measuring and monitoring food hygiene quality through quantitative and qualitative processes.
q. Prepare management reports when required for all HACCP & Hygiene related issues.
r. Focus on strategic issues relating to health and safety, suggesting improvements to work processes
s. Manage external relationships and to support organization’s overall objectives.
t. Work with the club’s sustainability team to ensure environmentally responsible practices are followed within safety guidelines.
u. Monitor and ensure the safe disposal of hazardous materials such as pesticides, fertilizers, and other chemicals used on the golf course.
3. Training Responsibilities
Ensure that all company employees have completed required training in accordance with statutory and company requirements relating to Quality & Hygiene Management.
4. Ancillary Duties
a. In line with the Club’s endeavor for continuous improvement and in line with its societal commitment, may be requested to participate in various extra activities contributing towards individual and organizational growth.
b. Represent the department or group in various committees.
5. IT Security Awareness
a. Read, Understand and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and Procedures of wasl.
b. Co-operate, co-ordinate and share information with Internal/External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.
c. Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department.
d. All Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, incidents (actual or suspected breaches) shall be immediately reported to the IT Service Desk
