Qualifications

Excellent business communication skills

Proven account management experience

Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Must have a UAE Driver's License

I would like to explain my decision to change careers.

Working in the hospitality and tourism industries can present a variety of challenges, i.e., working long hours, dealing with customer complaints, and adapting to a constantly changing environment. These are the negative aspects. However, there are some positive opportunities to build relationships with customers, learn about different cultures, provide excellent customer service, and develop communication and organizational skills that can be beneficial for career advancement.
My point of view is that despite the difficulties that may arise, working in the hospitality and tourism industries can be a rewarding experience if one is willing to embrace the challenge. Furthermore, I can say that it will be my personal experience that, being involved in the hospitality and tourism industries, I will be able to gain invaluable skills that could help me excel in my future career.
In a fast-paced environment that presents exciting and unpredictable situations on a daily basis, the hospitality and tourism industries offer a unique opportunity to learn and grow. Through these opportunities, you can learn skills like communication, organization, customer service, and cultural understanding that could help you open new doors and expand your career options in the future.
I can gain a competitive edge over other professionals by engaging in the hospitality and tourism industries by gaining a deeper understanding of the customer and what drives their decisions.
