From 1984 -89 was employed as VP Finance in an Edible Oil Refining Project established with Japanese Technology in Trichy . Was in the Cpmpany since inorporation and then got an Overseas Opportunity.

In all the above except the first one, as the entire Accounting System was manual and time consuming and prone to errors, took steps and convinced the Promoters and implemented suitable ERP Systems and this paved way for better controls, cost cutting and are able to avoid duplication of works and able to get the right information in the right time.
In the first one though Accounting System was in Computer, annual physical verification of Inventory of around 2,000 items was carried out manually involving considerable manpower and time. Transformed the system into fully automated using hand held scanners and uploading the Reports and compared the same against Book Stocks.
Having put the Systems in place was able to restructure the Workflow, optimise manpower and was able to achieve better productivity and were able to get the Facilities at the right terms from Banks.
As a team and by taking into confidence other personnel too we would be able to achieve the common objective.
Having dealt with Customers, Vendors, Banks, Auditors (One of the Big 4), Insurance Companies, Dubai Customs, MHR Emiratisation etc quite confident of taking up and handling the challenging position.
