I hold bachelor's degree in hotel management and a diploma in information technology and I have been in this field for now 08years working experience, I have developed skills to deliver impeccable cooking skills and administration in all departments of food production, but to mention a few due to the long exposures and capability I have attained while doing this job. for example saucier, hotline, French cuisine, Italian, cold kitchen, curries/Indians, Mexican, and a rabic but my specialization is in continental cuisines, more so i have some knowledge in Japanese and Asian cuisines.
