Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders accurately.
Prepare and serve coffee drinks (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte) and other beverages such as teas, smoothies, or specialty drinks.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure consistent quality in every drink served.
Manage daily inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, including counters, machines, and service areas.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Upsell food items or specials when appropriate.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of ingredients and equipment sanitation.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor of supply needs.
