Stitch, alter, repair, and restyle staff uniforms, guest garments, and other hotel fabrics as required.
Measure and fit uniforms for new and existing employees to ensure proper sizing and comfort.
Ensure all uniforms are labeled, organized, and properly maintained.
Perform repairs on damaged items including torn linens, curtains, and upholstery covers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sewing machines and tools.
Work closely with the housekeeping and laundry teams to fulfill daily mending and tailoring requests.
Maintain records of alterations and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Assist in uniform inventory control by identifying items that need replacement.
Follow all hotel safety and hygiene policies.
