Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy services according to established protocols.
Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and spa facilities.
Ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment for all spa guests.
Promote and sell spa retail products and packages.
Maintain guest records and treatment history.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
