The Role
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help drive impactful, integrated marketing efforts for our diverse portfolio of midscale and upscale hotel brands. This entry-to-mid-level role presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, digital strategy, and cross-functional campaign execution within one of the world's leading hospitality companies. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and passionate about travel, hospitality, and storytelling that moves people to book and explore.
What you'll do
Marketing Campaign Execution & Support
- Coordinate and support multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and print to drive direct bookings and brand awareness.
- Assist in developing compelling merchandising strategies and promotional assets that bring hotel experiences to life.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (brand, digital, loyalty, and paid media teams) to ensure aligned, on-brand messaging and seamless campaign delivery.
Partner & Vendor Collaboration - Facilitate communications and logistics with hotel operators, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
- Help ensure marketing programs meet both overarching brand standards and property-specific goals through effective coordination.
Content & Campaign Development - Support the execution of seasonal marketing calendars and loyalty-focused campaigns, bringing creativity and organization to every touchpoint.
- Assist in curating engaging travel content, crafting promotional messaging, and ideating new upsells or offer constructs that resonate with target audiences.
- Contribute to enhancing Wyndham Rewards visibility through compelling content and guest-centric storytelling.
Insights & Performance Monitoring - Gather and organize key performance data across campaigns, including booking trends, engagement metrics, and media performance.
- Support reporting and optimization efforts by compiling results, identifying learnings, and helping to refine future campaign strategies.

Required Qualifications/Experience - 1-3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or a related field (internship experience encouraged).
- Familiarity with marketing channels, creative development, and campaign coordination.

Compensation & Benefits For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $70-90kannually.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a 10% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan.
