Step into the heart of hospitality with a Front Office Internship at Grand Hyatt Bali! As a Front Office Intern, you will be the first smile our guests see and the last one they remember. Your main mission? To create distinctive and memorable experiences for every guest, from arrival to departure.
Throughout your internship, you will learn how to welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, handle guest requests, and provide helpful information with a warm and professional attitude. You will also rotate across other essential areas of the Front Office, such as the Bell Desk, where you will assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and guest arrivals and departures, and the Communication Centre, where you will manage guest reservations, handle incoming phone calls and emails, and respond to in-room service requests.
