With over 20 years of culinary experience, Asabul has held vital roles at renowned hotels including Golden Tulip Hospitality Group, The Platinum Muscat, Safeer Group of Hotels, and Hotel Fition Mumbai. Since 2018, he has been an integral part of the culinary brigade at Bab Al Qasr Hotel, managing buffet and à la carte operations, maintaining HACCP standards, controlling food costs, and leading kitchen teams with precision and professionalism.
Asabul’s deep understanding of food preparation, hygiene, cost control, and kitchen management—honed through years of experience in Oman and the UAE—has made him a standout chef in the region. His Gold award reflects his passion, consistency, and the culinary excellence he brings to every plate.
