Dubai, UAE – 8 April 2019 – Fairmont Ajman celebrates the holy month of Ramadan with the revival of the Al Fayruz tent. Families can break their fast during this month of peace in the ambient and serene surroundings of the Pearl Garden. Overlooking the golden shores of the hotel’s private beach, accompanied by the lulling sounds of the waves of the Arabian Gulf. The tent will showcase Ramadan traditions with modern flair bringing together varying palates to connect over Iftar and suhoor.
Marking a triumphant return for the third year in a row, guests can spend quality time with their loved ones at sunset over a splendid combination of Arabic and Ottoman tastes and cuisines. Al Fayruz tent will offer diners an impressive culinary display of Arabic, Turkish and traditional dishes, with counters offering a selection of seafood platters, roasted lamb leg, lamb roganjosh, massaman beef curry and Ouzi carving station. Mild spiced rice and hot and cold Arabic mezza will complement the main course with warm and inviting colours.
Ideal for hydration after a long day of fasting, traditional sweets and vitamin-packed beverages such as Qamar Al-deen, Jallab and Tamar Hindi will be offered, while the wide variety of delectable gourmet desserts cannot go unsampled. Diners can cool off the heat of a long summer day’s fast with unlimited scoops from the ice cream station, offering unique flavors such as Baklava, Umm Ali, date, Kunfa and Arabic coffee.
A perfect blend of prestigious hospitality and culinary excellence, the spacious 850-meter tent can caters for 200 guests. The Iftar menu is priced at AED 175 per adult and AED 88 per child. Children below the age of six dine for free. Iftar will be served daily from sunset until 9:00 pm and Suhoor will be served a la carte between 9:00 pm to 4:00 a. During Suhoor, guests can relax and watch their favorite Ramadan TV shows or enjoy Moroccan tea while listening to the live tunes of the famous Oud musician Amer Ammouri. Traditional Luqaimat will be prepared at the skillful hands of Emirati ladies who have been especially crafting them for this occasion.
Bookings before May 1st can avail a 20% discount on Iftar and 25% discount on Suhoor. Early bird discounts also available for group bookings.
