As an international BBQ event host for Grilla Grills and Colorado Craft Beef, Arnold is bringing his elite grilling expertise to The Tampa EDITION. This sophisticated twist on the classic American cookout will take place on the rooftop deck and dining room at Azure, the hotel’s acclaimed rooftop restaurant known for fresh, seaside-inspired Greek cuisine and a breezy yet refined atmosphere.
The $95 per person experience reimagines cookouts through The Tampa EDITION's lens of contemporary luxury. Arnold will be searing premium steaks, wagyu burgers, and artisanal sausages to smoky perfection while guests enjoy exclusive access to the rooftop pool.
The culinary experience features a curated selection of summer-inspired side dishes such as: grilled summer vegetables, mac and cheese, and a refreshing watermelon, strawberry, mint, feta salad, served in a relaxed, open format designed for grazing and gathering. While the grilling action takes place outdoors, dining service will be elegantly presented indoors at Azure, so guests can enjoy both the excitement of live-fire cooking and the comfort of refined dining.

The cookout event will take place from 12pm to 4pm, rain or shine, with food served indoors at Azure and the option to dine at outdoor tables and loungers. Reservations are available through OpenTable, with limited capacity ensuring an intimate and exclusive experience for all attendees. Poolside loungers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while private cabanas can be reserved.
