Both, Simon Said and Keith Cox of P.K. Properties decided to make this life changing decision and join the #1 Global Real Estate Brand.
Simon moved to Dubai in 1989 from Beirut, Lebanon. After working as the Network Operations Manager at S.I.T.A., he launched House of Cars Rent-A-Car, a very successful sports and luxury limousine chauffeur-driven rental agency in Dubai.
Keith arrived in Dubai in 1991 from Birmingham - England and worked in car sales before establishing House of Cars. He also set-up Eurocoffee, a distributor for Lavazza coffee in the UAE. He also developed properties in Emirates Hills in the UAE and residential properties in Greece.
In 2002, Keith set-up P.K. Properties, and was joined by Simon in 2006. In 2015, they partnered together and established P.K. Holidays. Both companies are recognized in Dubai for their high standard of Quality and Excellent Customer Service.
