Laurel Bar at Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai Launches New ‘Ecosystems of Gaia’ Cocktail Menu

Blending artisanal liquor and expertly sourced ingredients such as salted coconut and oyster leaves for the ‘Ocean’ cocktail and homemade wild berry wine with balsamic bitter for ‘Rainforest’, each concoction represents a different side of Gaia, which Greek mythology called ‘the ancestral mother of all life’. The 10 cocktails will be available at Laurel Bar for two months from May, ahead of international mixology competition ‘Tales of the Cocktails’ where the team hope to be shortlisted.

 Located just off the elegant lobby of the brand-new Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, Laurel Bar is the newest addition to Dubai’s budding cocktail scene. With its slickly designed minimalist interiors, curving central bar stocked with a blend of artisanal liquor and spectacular terrace overlooking the Arabian Gulf, it gives cocktail-loving guests the chance to experiment with cutting-edge mixology in a seriously stylish setting.

 At the helm of Laurel Bar is cocktail maestro Marco Corallo, former Bar Manager of Four Seasons’ award-winning Hendricks Bar and reigning champion of the UAE’s 2018 Bacardi Legacy. A veteran of the Dubai drinking scene, Corallo has worked at most of the region’s finest hot spots including Zuma and Scott’s in Abu Dhabi.
