There is more to February than Valentine’s Day, and Clinton St. have just that! Join the New York specialist bakery and restaurant in celebrating Pancake month throughout February. With a range of 13 exclusive flavors to choose from, diners can experience a different flavor every two – three days! *pinch*, yes this is not a drill!*
The flavors range from original chocolate, to their signature key lime and Arabian pistachio crumb. A Valentine’s Day special of Chocolate Chunk and Raspberry Pancakes is on offer. Others include:
- Apple Pie – caramelized local apples with cider glaze, cinnamon streusel topping (February 1 and 2)
- Cherry Cobbler – sweet and sour cherries, cinnamon/oat streusel, cherry gastrique, vanilla Bavarian cream (February 3 -5)
- Spiced Japanese Pumpkin – pumpkin seed streusel served with warm maple butter syrup (Available February 6 and 7)
- German Chocolate Pecan & Caramel – roasted organic pecans, fresh coconut, bittersweet chocolate and caramel sauce (Available February 8 and 9)
- Fresh Coconut and lime – toasted coconut and lime zest, topped with key-lime curd sauce (Available February 10 and 11)
- Blueberry Streusel – fresh blueberries, blueberry streusel, garnished with vanilla cream and blueberry sauce (Available February 12 and 13)
- Raspberry Chocolate – fresh raspberry and chocolate chunks with raspberry caramel sauce drizzled on top. Perfect for Valentine’s Day! (Available February 14)
- Maple Pecan – candied pecans, vanilla cream with warm maple butter syrup (Available February 15 and 16)
- Blackberry Streusel – fresh blackberries, blackberry crumble, blackberry syrup and whipped blackberry fool (Available February 17 -19)
- Bavarian Apple – warm apple slices topped with Bavarian cream, cinnamon sugar (Available all day and all night on February 20 and 21)
- Passion fruit and chocolate – chocolate chunk pancakes with passion fruit curd, dark chocolate curd and passion fruit syrup (Available February 22 and 23)
- Raspberry almond – a real raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, toasted almond butter, vanilla whipped cream (Available February 24 and 25)
- Strawberry shortbread – strawberry shortbread, fresh strawberries, shortbread biscuit crumble, strawberry sauce and vanilla cream (Available February 26 – 28)
