Property Finder Announces New Additions to Senior Leadership Team

Property Finder is pleased to announce two new appointments to its senior leadership team. The company welcomes Natasha Colella as Director of Talent Acquisition and Jorda Haile as Director of Total Rewards. Setting the tone as one of the leading employers in the region, the new appointments will help drive the UAE-based start-up to new heights by introducing new initiatives and processes to further enhance and empower its talent at Property Finder.

Natasha Colella joins the Property Finder team as the Director of Talent Acquisition, bringing over a decade of international tech recruitment experience through both, in-house and specialist agency roles. Most recently, Natasha was the Head of Talent at Bumble, while her previous experiences were with WPP's Group M (Essence) and Just Eat.

In her new role, Natasha will lead the creation of a strong internal hiring engine to support the ambitious growth plans at Property Finder. The scope of the role spans end-to-end, from architecting and driving the employer brand proposition on the one end, to directing ongoing internal hiring at the other.

Director of Total Rewards, Jorda Haile, will be responsible for devising and implementing comprehensive total rewards strategies and programs across all entities of the company. Jorda, a native Eritrean from the Netherlands, comes with 10+ years of experience in rewards, compensation, benefits, and organization development areas of HR. Her prior experiences include Tapestry, where she was the Director of Total Rewards and Payroll, UNICEF, ASOS, Diebold and Coca-Cola Enterprises.
