Ras Al Khaimah is now emerging enormously as a new tourism destination in the UAE. Most of the major brands have opened new beach hotels and have huge expansion plans for Ras Al Khaimah in the upcoming years. Although the beach locations are appealing but the city hotels have their own charm. A few miles away from the majestic Jabal Jais mountain, we found a sweet hotel get-away last weekend. Tulip Inn- Ras Al Khaimah, is a part of Action hotels and is located in the heart of the city.
Tulip Inn Ras Al Khaimah Hotel offers stylish accommodations in the city center business district, walking distance from shopping centers, RAK Exhibition Center and the Free Trade Zone. The 102-room hotel is taking its part in going green, I was fascinated to find different garbage bins for green, paper and plastic on each floor. It reminded me of Canada wherein each household, we are bound to separate the trash. It’s just a small effort towards making our planet healthy.
The Ambassador suite overlooking the city and ocean was amazing. There is a large kitchen within the suite with all the necessities for guests with long-term stays. A large dining area, living space, 2 large bedrooms were spacious and fresh. This first thing you would require when you enter the hotel of any rating is cleanliness. The rooms and bathroom should be clean, and the bedding and curtain should feel fresh. I wouldn’t frankly stay in any hotel where it smells gross. A nice hotel is where you can sleep peacefully without any trouble and we slept the night here like a baby. Our package also included entry passes to Ice-land waterpark which excited the kids. I just wish the rides would open again after renovation. It’s definitely a great place to be.
Tulip Inn- Rak offers American, Arabic and Continental breakfast. Champs Sports Bar is the best place in town to catch all the live sporting action and to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere after work.
The hotel banquet also holds events, from an amazing wedding to a corporate meeting. Tulip Inn RAK has 2 fully equipped meeting rooms with state-of-the-art audio & video technologies. The meeting rooms can accommodate up to 100 persons.
The staff is nice, friendly and accessible. We enjoyed our stay in the Tulip Inn in RAK, it’s a clean economical option for long and short-term stays in RAK.
Its boring keeps popping up
