Job Description For Wellness Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Wellness Manager to lead and elevate the wellness offerings at our 5-star beachfront property. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing wellness programs and experiences that align with our brand philosophy and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the wellness & fitness facilities.
Design and implement innovative wellness programs, packages, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
Manage the wellness team, including fitness trainers, and attendants, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
Monitor guest feedback and service quality, continuously improving offerings based on trends and guest needs.
Develop partnerships with wellness experts and vendors for specialized programs or retreats.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all wellness operations.
Prepare departmental budgets, control costs, and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions to maintain a positive and professional team environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar wellness leadership role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Strong knowledge of holistic wellness practices, treatments, fitness programs, and nutrition trends.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
