The Grand Bazaar Brunch
Ruya’s iconic Grand Bazaar Brunch re-launches on Friday June 7th, every Friday guests are invited to indulge in a culinary journey through the eclectic menu with classic Anatolian cuisine featuring an array of house favourite dishes. Ruya’s iconic 360-degree bar, The Mekan Lounge, serves an enticing selection of innovative signature cocktails and drinks to perfectly compliment the delectable cuisine, inspired by the rich culture and history of Anatolia.
Panoramic views of the Dubai Marina provide the unrivalled backdrop as DJ Rafael Becker sets the scene for a buzzing and vibrant afternoon.

The Meyhane Experience
Enjoy true Anatolian hospitality every Wednesday with Rüya’s new Meyhane Experience sharing menu, specially designed for groups of 3-4. Taking inspiration from the traditions of Turkey, the menu is designed to bring friends and family together to savour a four course menu allowing guests to sample a variety of Ruya’s signature offerings.
Guests will be served a selection of appetizing starters including, Peynir Ezmesi, a feta cheese dip with red peppers and tarhana chips, 2 cheese pide from the Black sea with a slow-cooked egg and Lahmacun made with spicy lamb and vegetable. For mains, guests can tuck into a selection of dishes selected by Chef Colin, highlights include chicken, wagyu beef and lamb çag kebabs, Adana kebab on smoked eggplant with yoghurt and Kuru Fasulye, white bean and tomato sauce with orzo pilav. Saving the best for last, indulge in a decadent Kunefe, baked kadayif pastry, kasar and orgü cheese and syrup served with homemade pistachio ice cream.
