Jacobo, a seasoned hospitality professional with more than 16 years of experience across luxury properties in Guatemala, the United States, Dubai, and Honduras, joins the Villa Bokéh team to further elevate its position as one of Central America’s most distinguished hotels.
Jacobo brings extensive expertise in quality management, sustainability, strategic marketing, and luxury guest services to her new role. A Guatemalan native, Jacobo holds a Master's degree in Hotel Management from Spain's prestigious Forst Business School and additional advanced certifications in sustainable tourism and international quality standards. Her professional journey includes roles at renowned hotels such as Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai and Sheraton Waikiki in Hawaii, as well as executive leadership positions at Ibagari Boutique Hotel in Honduras and Mayan Inn in Guatemala.
