Dubai, UAE (July 2019): Rove Hotels is teaming up once again with Nikon Middle East, one of the world’s foremost optics and imaging experts, for the #RoveWithNikon Content Creation Boot Camp, as part of the Rove Around Tours collaboration. Taking place from July 26th to 27th, this content creation boot camp will bring together 10 budding visual artists who #ZDifferently, at Rove At The Park, for a one-of-a-kind staycation. Designed to empower and inspire the next generation of ‘Content Hybrids’ – content creators who are adept in capturing both motion and stills – the #RoveWithNikon boot camp will immerse participants in a fascinating workshop that enables them to view Dubai Parks & Resorts through a new lens.
The boot camp will be led by renowned photographer, filmmaker, constant traveller, Instagrammer, and Nikon instructor Pradeep Mohan, along with Head of Nikon Kids Photo Club Chitra Arya, who will be on hand to offer their expert advice and in-depth expertise to the 10 talented content creators. Participants will arrive at Rove At The Park on Thursday evening, July 25th, ahead of a 2-night stay, which will include breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks – the ideal fuel to ensure they get the very best out of the #RoveWithNikon content creation boot camp experience.
As part of the experience, participants will also be able to enter a photo and video content creation contest, for the chance to win a Nikon Z6, Nikon’s latest mirrorless camera, designed to capture the user’s creative vision using ground-breaking technology. The prize also includes a 2-night stay at any Rove hotel, with Bench Brunch tickets for 2, as well as Nikon Premium Membership for the winning content creator. During the boot camp, each participant will borrow a Nikon Z6 camera, NIKKOR Z lens, charger, XQD Card & Card Reader, and an extra battery.
To enter the competition, participants must:
· Use their Nikon Z6 cameras to take and post 3 photos and a 1-minute video of Rove At The Park on their Instagram feeds.
· The photos and video should be accompanied by captions explaining what the participants like about Rove and the Nikon Z6, under 3 categories: space, portrait, lifestyle.
· Submit an additional 7 photos for Rove and Nikon for PR and social media purposes. The artists will always be credited for the use of their images.
