As the Founder and Chairman of Indoguna Productions FZCO, Helene has been a leading figure in the gourmet food distribution sector for over a decade. Under her leadership, Indoguna has grown into a trusted name, known for producing high-quality Halal food products and consistently meeting the evolving needs of chefs and kitchens in the UAE and beyond. Her deep understanding of the culinary world and her passion for excellence have made her a vital pillar of support for chefs at all levels.
Helene’s entrepreneurial spirit and innovative vision extend beyond Indoguna. She is also the founder of Arlene World, a Singapore-based company that has developed a unique line of plant-based ready meals crafted by world-class chefs. With a focus on taste, health, and sustainability, Arlene reflects Helene’s commitment to creating a better future for food. Additionally, she plays an influential role as Director at FoodService Asia Pacific and Middle East, further showcasing her leadership across the global culinary landscape.
With an impressive career that spans over two decades, Helene previously served as the COO and Managing Director of Indoguna Singapore, Indoguna Lordly, and Indoguna Dubai LLC for nearly 23 years. Her expertise in food service distribution, menu innovation, and kitchen solutions has significantly shaped the hospitality industry. Helene’s work has been recognized with numerous prestigious accolades, including the Lifetime Achievement Award at the World Gourmet Summit in 2021, EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Food & Beverage Distribution in 2016, and her inclusion in the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Class of 2017. She is also a Hall of Fame inductee and multi-year winner at the World Gourmet Summit, as well as a proud member of the YPO Singapore Chapter.
