HSMAI’s Much Anticipated ROC 2021 is Set to Kick-Off in Two Weeks
With over 350 registered delegates so far, the hybrid event is gearing up to welcome top hospitality professionals from across the GCC & Middle East Region

HSMAI, Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International, is all set for its eagerly anticipated 4th annual ROC conference. The event brings together influential leaders and hospitality professionals, across Revenue, Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management roles, uniting for education, collaboration, and innovation in the industry.
ROC 2021 will take place on December 6-7 at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City, the theme of ROC 2021 is"Renew, Rebuild, Recover", reflecting on how the GCC emerged as one of the first countries to recover from the pandemic and also focusing on how we can build further in 2022.
On day one of the event, break-out sessions will focus on micro macro data, industry forecasts and changing consumer trends in Hospitality sales, marketing and revenue management . On day two, there will be an on-going Partners'Insights virtual event, punctuated throughout the day by a series of invitation-only round tables, facilitated by Bob Gilbert, President and CEO of HSMAI. Day 2 will also host a Total Revenue Management workshop facilitated by Dr. Kelly McGuire.
ROC 2021 is an event not to be missed, consisting of 2 days, 4 events, 35 keynotes 7 panel discussions delivered by more than 60 senior executives and subject matter experts, speaking in person from Dubai and virtually from around the globe.
