Dubai, UAE, 04 January 2020 After a recent move to the UAE from Rio de Janeiro, Vincent Allard has been appointed as the General Manager of Bistro des Arts, Dubai Marina's favourite French brasserie. With over 12 years industry experience, Allard brings strong commercial acumen, passion for service excellence and a sound financial focus.
