Currently overseeing culinary operations for the Jewel of the Creek Complex, which includes both Marriott Marquis Dubai and Hilton Dubai Creek, Micallef brings more than 20 years of experience to his role. His leadership spans seven distinctive dining venues, each offering unique culinary journeys that reflect his commitment to quality and innovation. His career trajectory through Dubai's competitive hospitality landscape includes significant roles as Executive Chef at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort and Complex Executive Sous Chef at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina.
