About Hutong:
Born in Hong Kong in 2003, Hutong restaurant quickly became much loved for its contemporary and occasionally fiery Northern Chinese cuisine as well as its stunning views of the Hong Kong skyline. The restaurant received many awards including the first Michelin star awarded to a Chinese restaurant in the city. Each Hutong shares the same DNA but has its own look and character - much like sisters. Hutong is part of Aqua Restaurant Group.
