Currently overseeing culinary operations at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, Garcia manages an impressive portfolio of 17 food and beverage outlets across the 580-room property. His role demands both creative vision and operational precision to maintain excellence in one of Dubai's largest conference and banqueting facilities, spanning 5,500 square meters.
Garcia's international career has taken him from his native Mexico to kitchens in Spain, the United States, and the UAE, cultivating expertise in diverse cuisines including Spanish, Latin American, Italian, and Pan Asian. His impressive track record includes launching seven successful restaurants, five of which were in Dubai's dynamic dining scene.
Prior to his current position, Garcia demonstrated his versatility across Dubai's hospitality landscape, serving as Executive Sous Chef for Emirates Flight Catering's premium lounges and Chef de Cuisine at Jumeirah Group properties. His pre-opening expertise shone through in projects like Señor Pico at Marriott Hotels and La Mezcaleria at Addmind Group, where he created
