PALM BEACH, ARUBA – July 2025 – The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino is delighted to announce the appointment of Raymond Habibe as its new hotel manager. Raymond, an inaugural associate of the resort during its opening in 1995, brings a wealth of passion and extensive experience to his new role. He will oversee resort operations and drive key performance metrics to ensure continued excellence.
Raymond's journey in hospitality began with the grand opening of the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, where he served as assistant controller. He later became the opening operations controller for Marriott’s Aruba Ocean Club. His career with Marriott International in the Caribbean flourished with finance leadership roles at the Marriott Curacao and Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino. “We are honored to promote Raymond to this key leadership position during such a transformative time,” said Raoul Lemmerling, complex general manager. “2025 marks the resort’s 30th anniversary, featuring a stunning renovation of 414 guest rooms and suites, a refreshed Stellaris Casino, and upcoming enhancements to the Mandara Spa. Raymond’s keen eye for talent and his extensive experience with the Aruba Marriott and other branded hotels will ensure his continued success.
